Renters profiles are extremely diverse and we pride ourselves on matching buyers with their ideal property. That’s why, before any prospective tenant has the opportunity to view your property, they will have gone through our rigorous qualification process.

This process is unique to us. It not only ensures that prospective buyers are aware of their own responsibilities, but also provides our sales experts with a comprehensive understanding of each buyer and their requirements. That means, when it comes to letting your property, we will already have a bank of prospective tenants who we know are actively searching for a property like yours.

Your property will be listed on all major national portals and will be premium listed and featured at the top of each page.

A professional photographer will also be used in order to maximise the feel of your property and present it in the best way possible.

We will also introduce your property to our extensive client portfolio of tenants looking for property in your area.

Your property will also be highlighted in our office window and on our social media, and online brochures will be sent out to the right people who are serious about renting.

Communication is key! Your dedicated sales expert will take instruction from yourself on how you feel you want your property to be presented and how you’d like us to go about viewings during times that work best for you.

We also offer interior design and digital dressing services to assist in increasing your home’s cosmetic and market appeal ahead of viewings, should you wish to use them.

All viewings are accompanied, and we will provide you with extensive feedback on each. This will include the thoughts of potential buyers and any relevant trends we’re seeing that might affect your property.

Any offer will instantly be feed back to you along with details on who the prospective tenant is and what their situation might be i.e., who the property would be for, what the tenants employment status was, if they can provide a previous agent or landlord reference, and when they are looking to move. Your decision will be final and fed back on your behalf to the prospective client.

The final decision about whether to accept an offer is yours, but we will use our extensive experience to advise you as to whether we think it’s a good offer or not given the circumstances and your urgency in letting the property out.

If, for any reason, you choose not to accept an offer, we’ll work on your behalf to negotiate with the tenant to agree on an acceptable price for your property. Once you accept an offer the referencing with begin and a holding deposit taken from the tenant in order to secure the Let and take the property off the market.

Step 6

Tenancy and management

Success! Once the offer has been formally accepted, we will guide you and your tenant through to a successful move in. An inventory will be outsourced, utilities and council tax registered on your behalf and the deposit secured.
